Below is our Code of Conduct of which all SUBIEx community members must agree and adhere to. Violations of this policy will not be tolerated and may lead to further suspension of community access based on the discretion of the SUBIEx management team.
1. Treating Everyone with Respect
- Every member, regardless of their background, knowledge, or experience, deserves to be treated with kindness, patience, and consideration. Respect differences and understand that everyone has something valuable to offer.
2. No Discrimination
- SUBIEx stands against discrimination of any kind. We strive to create an inclusive space where every member feels welcome. Discriminating against anyone based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or any other distinguishing characteristic will not be tolerated.
3. No Harassment or Bullying
- Harassment, intimidation, or bullying, whether overt or covert, will not be tolerated in the SUBIEx community. This includes but is not limited to: Derogatory comments or jokes.
- Unsolicited advice or criticisms.
- Sharing personal information without consent (doxing).
- Negative remarks about a person's character or appearance.
- Stalking or unwanted advances.
4. Resolving Disagreements and Flagging
- Disagreements will arise, but it's essential to handle them maturely. If you find yourself in a disagreement:Avoid personal attacks or name-calling.
- Stick to the topic and try to understand the other party's perspective.
- If you believe a conversation is violating this code, or if you are feeling targeted or uncomfortable, please flag the conversation for moderator review.
5. Reporting Mechanism
- You can flag a conversation the platform by sharing it to notify our moderation team about any violations. They will review the situation and take appropriate action.
- Members who are found violating this Code of Conduct may receive warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans, depending on the severity and frequency of the breach.
6. Content Guidelines
- Post only content relevant to the space and topic where you are posting.
- Avoid sharing or promoting illegal content, including but not limited to pirated software, dangerous driving techniques, or any other illegal activities.
- Give credit when sharing content that isn't yours.
